Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer payroll for all company employees, auditing payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll legislation and regulatory requirements across all Canadian provinces.
- Calculate wages, statutory withholdings, and company‑specific deductions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the Oracle in‑house payroll system, ensuring employee records—including payroll, leave, and overtime—are complete and accurate.
