This role will support external clients by delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll services while acting as a trusted point of contact for payroll- and tax-related inquiries. This role sits within a high‑volume, client‑facing environment and requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and comfort working against service metrics.
Key responsibilities include managing end‑to‑end payroll for multiple assigned clients, ensuring payrolls are processed according to established procedures and calendars, and completing year‑end activities, balancing, and statutory reporting. The Payroll Specialist will liaise with third‑party vendors and government agencies to resolve payroll, remittance, and tax-related issues, while ensuring all deadlines are met.
