Key Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update employee records, including salary adjustments and claims
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, and relevant submissions)
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end closing activities
- Address payroll and benefits-related queries professionally
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll matters
- Support audit processes and maintain proper payroll documentation
