Join Creation Technologies as a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist in Burnaby, BC, focusing on full-cycle payroll processing with a hybrid work schedule. Serve as the main contact for payroll inquiries and compliance.
In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processes and managing payroll actions such as new hire setup and final pay processing. Reporting to the Director of Payroll, you will collaborate with a global payroll team, ensuring timely support and compliance in all payroll matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll, including reconciliations and reporting
• Manage payroll lifecycle actions, including new hire setup
• Address payroll and time-tracking inquiries efficiently
• Administer compliance requirements and statutory filings
• Prepare ad hoc payroll reports as required
Requirements:
• Completion of PayrollOrg FPC or PCP designation
• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience with integrated platforms
