Job Description
- Managing accurate payrolls and meeting payroll deadlines in collaboration with team members.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of statutory legislation and building relationships with internal clients.
- Handling queries related to payroll via Workday cases, emails, and phone calls.
- Processing monthly payroll for Malaysia with accuracy and timeliness.
- Administering payroll data in the HR/Payroll system and performing reconciliations and audits.
- Ensuring accurate transmission of banking payments and bank account reconciliations.
- Providing high-level customer service on payroll queries of varying complexity.
- Continuously improving payroll operations efficiency through process enhancements
- Advising on compensation, legislation, benefits, and tax-related issues.
