Payroll Specialist Job Requirements* We are looking for a Payroll Senior Associate to independently execute payroll reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and reporting for Global and U.S. payroll operations Key Responsibilities* Payroll Accrual & Journal Entries • Independently prepare payroll and AIP accrual journal entries • Calculate amounts, determine accounts, prepare templates, and coordinate approvals • Record, review, validate, and reverse entries when required Allocation & Reclassification Entries • Prepare allocation entries based on headcount or percentage splits • Execute payroll reclassification entries with proper approvals • Ensure correct account mapping and documentation Monthly Payroll Posting & Reconciliation • Execute payroll posting and reconciliation activities • Analyze variances and resolve discrepancies • Generate and review payroll reports Account & Balance Sheet Reconciliations • Perform payroll balance sheet reconciliations (GL vs PL) • Investigate dif...
