Job Description
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing payroll operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role will support payroll-related reporting, maintain employee payroll records, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll inquiries and ensure smooth payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance requirements. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, provide clear communication, and support overall business operations. This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and Operations.
