Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Payroll Processing: Collect, verify, and process timesheets, salary data, bonuses, and overtime for hourly and salaried staff.
- Compliance & Tax: Deduct correct tax, insurance, and retirement contributions; file payroll taxes and handle W-2s, or other legal reporting.
- System Maintenance: Update payroll software with new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and banking information.
- Audit & Reporting: Conduct audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy, and prepare reports for management.
- Employee Support: Resolve pay-related inquiries and discrepancies with a customer-service focus.
