Responsibilities
- Prepare and process payroll for assigned clients accurately and on time.
- Compute and process monthly contributions, loans, and other deductions for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig.
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with the client’s government-mandated requirements.
- Assist clients with the enrollment and setup of their SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG online accounts.
- Assist clients with updates related to their SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG employer details. (e.g., update on signatories, password, contact details & address).
- Conduct payroll audits for assigned clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update books of accounts.
- Prepare and organize accounting schedules.
