Our client, within the technology consulting sector, and they are seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team.
The Role
You are to assist in managing the full spectrum of day-to-day HR function, specifically on payroll scope and responsibilities include end to end processing of payroll, calculation of wages and taxes, liaising with external vendors to ensure payroll information is accurate, reconciling payroll reports as well as participating in payroll system implementation. Other activities include performing recruitment function which include coordination of interviews to preparation of offer letter, managing work pass application and renewals. There will be ad hoc tasks covering team members on related matters.
