Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in payroll execution
- Maintain employee data in Workday and local payroll systems
- Handle payroll interfaces, reporting, and audits
- Perform data validation checks before payroll runs
- Manage statutory deductions and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and external payroll vendors
- Support payroll projects, including system upgrades and testing
Fluency in Spanish and EnglishHybrid work model (1-2 days per month in the Wrocław office)
- 2-5 years of payroll experience (preferably in organisations with 500+ employees)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
- Experience with HR/payroll systems (Workday is a plus)
