The role will be supporting the day-to-day payroll services for the assigned region by processing assigned processes in compliance with established methodologies, regulations, service-level agreements (SLA), and processes. The role will also be responsible for administering and processing relevant payroll and HR services system activities.
- Accurately and timely perform assigned activities in support of the payroll services.
- Provide administrative assistance to the regulation alignment activities to ensure compliant payroll processing (taxation, legislation, and other regulations).
- Perform assigned systems and documentation management activities to ensure compliance and alignment with relevant payroll records and documentation.
- Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
