Drive payroll system excellence as a Payroll Systems Lead with Ledcor in Edmonton, Alberta. Support payroll processes, lead system improvements, and develop team capabilities in this hybrid role.
Join Ledcor’s Corporate/Shared Services team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will leverage your minimum six years of payroll systems experience and ERP expertise, particularly in JDE, to enhance payroll processes that affect the entire organization. Your leadership will guide payroll administrators while ensuring compliance and quality in payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot full cycle payroll and year-end processes
• Document and create new payroll IDs and accrual codes
• Analyze, plan, and validate JDE system changes
• Develop advanced payroll reports in DAS for compliance
• Conduct audits on payroll data for accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years’ payroll systems experience
• 4+ years of experience with JDE payroll systems
