ABOUT THE ROLE:
To ensure the region/ client specific timesheet saving processing happens accurately by adhering to defined service level agreements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Timesheet Checking: End-to-end checking of timesheets (Weekly, Fortnightly, and/or
Monthly).
• Mailbox Management: Maintaining the mailbox efficiently.
• Data Accuracy : Thorough and vigilant checking of timesheets to ensure no data mistakes.
• Error-Free Processing : Zero tolerance for errors in saving timesheets and maintaining
necessary Excel files.
• Special Instructions : Notifying the payroll team of special instructions.
