Job Overview
Job type: full‑time. Work style: hybrid. The position is located in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time. Training period of 15 to 30 days is fully in office.
What You Will Do
- Process insurance submissions including new business, renewals, endorsements.
- Handle cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage changes.
- Request and manage loss runs from carriers.
- Prepare certificates of insurance and policy documents.
- Maintain trackers and follow up on pending items.
- Coordinate with Australian underwriters and brokers via email.
Senior Analyst Responsibilities
- Handle escalations and review junior work for quality.
