Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead – PCB Assembly / SMT to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our PCB assembly line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SMT processes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.This is a full time permanent role based out of our Branch in Pointe Claire, QC.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of SMT operators and technicians in the assembly of printed circuit boards.Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of SMT equipment (e.g., pick and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, Selective soldering).
