Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the operation of production line equipment, ensuring stable performance and optimal efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, as well as coordinate repair activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve machine reliability.
- Design and calculate production line layouts for new product introductions, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through training and continuous skill enhancement programs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in PCBA,SMT-related positions.
