Roles and Responsibilities -
Plan and execute SMT production as per daily/shift targets and scheduleSupervise line activities including printing, pick & place, and reflow processEnsure proper manpower allocation and line balancing for efficiencyMonitor machine performance and coordinate for quick issue resolutionEnsure correct feeder setup, program verification, and first article approvalTrack production output, downtime, and achieve KPIs like FPY and OEEMaintain quality by controlling defects such as solder issues, misplacement, tombstoningCoordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth operationsEnsure adherence to ESD, safety, and process discipline on shop floorSupport quick changeover and minimize line stoppage timeTrain and guide operators for process improvement and skill developmentMaintain production reports, shift logs, and traceability records
