Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct production capacity analysis (CAPA), identify root causes of defects, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and propose solutions to achieve production targets; regularly report operational performance and results to expatriate management.
- Supervise and evaluate employee performance, develop training programs, and enhance team capabilities to improve departmental productivity and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in PCBA, SMT-related positions.
- Able to operate SMT machines.
- Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.
