Job Description
As a Private Client Relations Coordinator , you will be an ambassador of the Brand, supporting the client development team in successfully implementing the client development strategy in line with local and global business needs.
Your daily tasks are to support the PCR Manager in coordinating and delivering exceptional client experiences, implementing the clientelling strategy at a country level in line with Central guidelines, and owning travel and hospitality arrangements and local budget management within the UK, Ireland & South Africa regional network.
Job responsibilities
- End-to-end support with planning of client experiences. Responsible for planning, logistics, execution and budgeting of VIC client treatments, in order to create meaningful client journeys. Be available and flexible to manage last minute changes to client programs.
