Key Duties & Responsibilities
A. Operational Functions:
+ Managing a dispatch team that schedules and coordinates deliveries and pick-ups
+ Coordinating the schedule of a shipping company or a group of drivers.
+ Ensuring that data related to deliveries and shipments of freight are entered timely into tracking software.
+ Managing customer service satisfaction by providing updates on ETA and location of drivers.
