Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle across business processes
- Conduct problem analysis and root cause identification
- Collect, process, and analyze data for process improvement initiatives
- Monitor improvement effectiveness and ensure sustainability of implemented actions
- Collaborate with various departments and divisions
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and improvement documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in management review, PDCA, or related improvement activities will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of PDCA, Kaizen, or Lean Manufacturing concepts
