Position Overview
The Department of Laboratory Medicine of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) Pediatric & Perinatal Anatomical Pathologist. CHEO is a site of the Eastern Ontario Laboratory Association (EORLA) Reference Laboratory. The successful applicant will be a member of the Department of Laboratory Medicine at CHEO and EORLA. The candidate will be expected to provide pediatric anatomical pathology, perinatal (including placental) pathology, autopsy, and on‑call services to CHEO. Pediatric neuropathology knowledge/expertise would be considered an asset. CHEO is a regional reference centre for placental pathology.
