The Division of Pediatric Critical Care at the University of Utah Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine has an immediate opening for a pediatric cardiac intensivist. Clinical responsibilities will include sharing 24/7 inhouse coverage of the 16 bed Cardiac Intensive Care Unit ( CICU ) at Primary Children’s Hospital ( PCH ) with the existing group of 8 pediatric cardiac intensivists. Expansion of the CICU service to 6 additional cardiac intermediate care beds is anticipated in the next 1-2 years.
