Job Description
Soliant Health seeks to hire a skilled and dedicated MRI tech for a 13 week travel assignment in San Diego, California.
Applicants cannot apply unless they have experience working as a cardiac MRI tech in a pediatric setting.
All applicants who only have experience working as an MRI tech in a regular hospital setting are ineligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities and Imaging & Protocols:
- Perform specialized cardiac MRI procedures, including congenital heart disease protocols, following strict imaging guidelines.
- Patient Care & Safety: Prepare young patients, explain procedures to reduce anxiety, and ensure safety from magnetic hazards (using metal detectors).Image Optimization:
- Position patients for optimal imaging, troubleshoot image quality, and use advanced imaging techniques.
