Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Hospitalist to join our dynamic and nationally recognized Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to practice alongside a team of 25 faculty members in a premier academic children s hospital environment that prioritizes excellence in clinical care, teaching, and collaborative team-based practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient care across general pediatric hospital medicine services.
- Supervise and teach pediatric residents and advanced practice providers.
- Perform scheduled weekday, weekend, and evening (until midnight) admitting shifts.
- Participate in home call during weeks assigned to resident/APP-covered teams.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment of physicians, APPs, nurses, and ancillary teams.
