**Highlights:**
+ Management of inpatient pediatric and newborn nursery patients at Wexford Hospital
+ Manage pediatric patients admitted to our inpatient beds
+ Round on newborns in the newborn nursery
+ Consult on pediatric patients in the ED
+ Newborn nursery coverage at Jefferson and West Penn
+ Round on newborns in the newborn nursery
+ Overnight call coverage from home
