Albany, New York Pediatric Nephrology JobClinical Role:

- Perm - full-time faculty position as an Academic Nephrologist in the Department of Pediatrics
- Clinic + Hospital practice with shared call
- Call is mostly phone and done 1 week at a time on rotation (7 x 24hr shifts) calls range 0-3 weekdays, 04 patients on weekends
- Large experienced team of specialized and dedicated nurses, dieticians, and social workers
- You would be the third Pediatric Nephrologist in the division
- Larger Medical Center, Level 1 Trauma Center
- 60 - bed NICU, 19 bed PICU, new Peds ER
- Full Pediatric specialty support services in place
- Typical volumes is 20 patients
- Dialysis unit in the hospital
- True Board Eligible or Board Certified with Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship training required
