JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Puyallup, WA Service Setting: Outpatient Community Health Center Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: ASAP 3 Months with possibility to extend Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00a 5:00p with 1-hour unpaid lunch PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Newborns through Pediatrics Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 16 patients per day Case Mix: General Pediatric outpatient care FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic equipment Specialty Backup Available: Onsite pediatricians and behavioral health support Support Staff Available: Dedicated medical assistant, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and healthcare administrator PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Temporary Privileges Available: TBD Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 23 weeks COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Rate: TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice I...
