It's 8:30pm. A parent walks in holding a child with a fever, already deep into a spiral of should I be worried? They didn't want to wait days for an appointment. They didn't want to go to urgent care and see someone who doesn't know kids.
That's why we built KidsWatch. We're a different kind of pediatric practice. One that doesn't close at 5pm, doesn't make families wait days for care, and doesn't force them to choose between urgent care and a pediatrician who actually knows their child.
What This Role Looks Like:
You'll provide a mix of:
- Well child visits (scheduled, protected time)
- Same day sick visits (when kids don't get sick on a schedule)
Some families will choose to see you consistently. Others will walk in needing help right now. Both matter here. This is not a traditional panel based role, but it still allows for real relationships wi...
