Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist Part Time Residential HybridLocated in Austin, TX.Overview:We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join a well-established residential treatment program located just 20 minutes outside of Austin, TX. Nestled on a 50-acre gated ranch, the program offers a serene, therapeutic environment that supports healing for adolescents aged 12-17 years. This part-time role (approximately 20 hours/week) is ideal for a psychiatrist looking to make a meaningful impact with a manageable caseload, structured support, and consistent scheduling.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations for all new intakes within 24 hours of admission (telehealth permitted on off-days and weekends)Provide weekly psychiatric follow-ups for all residentsParticipate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings (Wednesdays, 2-4 PM Central - must attend in person)Collabora...
