Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a PEGA Technical BSA for their Rochester, NY/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

+ Performing Technical intake requests.

+ Understanding system integration and technical needs and can write whats needed.

+ Defining integration requirements between systems.

+ Translating technical needs into features.

+ Creating, modifying and writing detailed technical acceptance criteria that can be understand by developers and testers.
