for a passionate and strategic Learning & Development Manager to drive talent development initiatives, enhance organizational capability, and foster a strong learning culture across the hotel.

Develop and execute training plans to support business and talent development
規劃並執行培訓計畫,支持營運與人才發展Drive leadership development, employee growth, and performance improvement
推動主管培育與員工發展,提升整體績效Lead internship programs and manage school partnerships
負責實習生招募與培訓,並建立與學校合作關係Deliver training programs and enhance learning effectiveness
執行培訓課程並優化學習成效Promote a strong learning culture and employee engagement
建立學習型組織並提升員工參與度Collaborate with department heads to align training with operational needs
與各部門合作,確保培訓符合實務需求 任職條件|Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Training (hospitality preferred)...
