Job Description
Responsibilities
- Active Client Engagement: Conduct proactive face‑to‑face visits to existing and prospective clients (Data Centers, Hotels, Commercial Buildings) to identify business opportunities.
- Lifecycle Replacement Sales: Engage with existing clients to propose system upgrades and replacements, aligning with our product's natural 10-year replacement cycle.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively within a multicultural team (Manager and Executives) to ensure smooth project delivery and localized customer support.
- Technical Consultation: Learn to inspect and evaluate industrial cooling tower conditions on‑site to provide accurate technical proposals.
- Inside Sales & Support: Handle high‑volume client inquiries via phone and email, prepare quotations, and coordinate sales administration from the Penang office.
- The tasks assigned will depend on past experience.
