What you'll actually do
* Take projects from messy to managed-plans, budgets, delivery
* Catch risks early and solve them before they become issues
* Get hands-on with calculations and complex pension cases
* Work side-by-side with project leads, admin teams, and clients
* Challenge how things are done and make them better
What you bring
* 5+ years in pensions (DB/DC)
* Solid grip on UK pension rules (or the instinct to find answers fast)
* Clear communicator who can cut through complexity
