Based in our Adelaide office, this role will provide generalist Human Resources support and advice to our Victoria & South Australia business unit.
Reporting to the Senior People Advisor, key responsibilities will include:
Provide advice to employees on HR matters such as resolution of employee issues and grievances, application and interpretation of policies/practices/legislation, and exits and terminations.General HR support including management of employee files, preparation of HR correspondence and documents, and ensuring employee records are maintained and up to date.Assist with the induction and offboarding processes including facilitating inductions and exit interviews.Assist with local Learning and Development activities, in conjunction with the Senior People Advisor and Learning and Development team.
