Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with a values-led not-for-profit organisation based in Coventry who are recruiting for a People Advisor on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.
Paying £33,093 – £37,682 , this role offers excellent flexible working opportunities, including the chance to do a 9-day fortnight, 2 days home working and flexible start/finish times.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience managing employee relations casework, strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and ACAS guidance, and the ability to provide pragmatic, professional advice to managers and colleagues across the full employee lifecycle.
