As People Analyst, you will: 

  • Support delivery of regular people reports and one-off insights, and help keep dashboards clear and useful

  • Provide operational support for delivery of our key performance, pay and benefits cycles

  • Assist with people survey analysis (engagement, onboarding, exit) and identify trends

  • Complete regular people data audits, resolve data issues with owners, and maintain data integrity
