Paralegal - Venture Capital - High Growth Business The opportunity Were hiring a Legal & HR Officer to take a central role in building the infrastructure of a fast-growing, global business. This is not a siloed role youll be working across legal, HR, commercial and governance , partnering directly with senior leadership and playing a visible role in Azotics next phase of growth. You will help shape how we scale from people and culture through to contracts, compliance and international expansion. What youll be doing Driving legal operations, governance, and investor documentation Supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, distribution agreements, MSAs) Supporting global expansion , including regulatory and compliance coordination Leading day-to-day HR operations across an international team Owning employment contracts, onboarding, and performance processes Managing and improving HR systems, policies, and frameworks Working closely with Finance, the CEO/CFO, and external advisors Who were lo...
