Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture (HR) Business Partner to join our team on a 13 month parental leave contract. Reporting directly to the GGM People & Culture, you’ll partner across our portfolio of much-loved Retail Apparel brands.
This is a true generalist role where no two days look the same. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Retail Leaders, shaping people strategy, leading meaningful projects, and helping bring our People strategy to life.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Partner with Retail Leadership teams to understand their business and shape people strategies that move the metrics they care about.
- Lead people projects and own the People stream across key strategic business initiatives.
