Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Business on people related matters, serving as the custodian of people processes and independent in the discharge of duties.
- Manage employee relations matters, building rapport with Managers and Employees and ensuring policies and processes are adhered to.
- Lead workforce planning, working closely with Managers and Projects on manpower needs and requirements, including hiring, rotation and deployment.
