People Business Partner
Location: KL Eco City, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Advisory to the Business on People related matters: Trusted partner to the HODs and Employees by being the custodian of people processes and independant in the discharge of duties.
- Manage Employee Relation matters: Build good rapport with the Managers and Employees and ensure policies and processes are adhered to.
- Lead in workforce planning: Work closely with the Managers / Projects on their Manpower needs and requirements, including hiring, rotation, deployment, etc. Be the custodian of the talent plan and drive a high performance culture and diffrentiation on performance and rewards.
- Facilitate organizational changes: Work closely with stakeholders within and outside of the department to support organizational changes.
