The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality People business partnering service to a function / business unit within a Division / Region, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering on strategic people‑related activities such as workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. This involves strong partnering with executives and senior leaders to develop and embed a successful people strategy in line with the group People strategy & QBE strategy. Additionally, this role is responsible for influencing, advising, and leading on People service delivery and People initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes ensuring the effective application of the People operating model and brokering technical expertise through the broader People team.
