Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality People business partnering service to a function/business unit within a Division/Region, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering on strategic people-related activities such as workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership. This involves strong partnering with executives and senior leaders to develop and embed a successful people strategy in line with the group People strategy & QBE strategy. The role also includes influencing, advising, and leading on People service delivery and initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and applying the People operating model.
