We’re hiring a People Business Partner to help scale Cohere through a major phase of growth. This role is not a traditional “policy and process” HRBP position; we are looking for commercially minded partners who want to work closely with leaders and teams to build high‑performing organizations inside one of the world’s leading AI companies.
Role Overview
You’ll partner closely with leaders across functions on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, talent strategy, and team health during a period of intense scale. This role involves building, improving processes and operating in environments where not everything is fully mature yet.
