Working in a friendly and fabulous team the successful candidate will provide a professional and effective service partnering the business leaders, delivering a high-quality employee and Manager experience and building credible relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives on Learning & Development and upskilling of Senior Managers
- Develop& implementany new policies and ensure employee handbook is maintained to reflect changes in process
- Support management with absence management issues and welfare support
- Support management with performance management and capability processes
- Lead on recruitment initiatives and succession planning
- Collate evidence for monthly board reports upon request
- Management of HR projects as and when required
