Job Description
Role Overview:
People & Communications Specialist focuses on local people and communications operations. They can be responsible for defined projects at a local level and participate in improving the operations. They work in close collaboration with the whole People & Communications team in UAE. The role reports to the People & Communications Business Partner for UAE.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage local projects that contribute to the execution of the People and Communications Plan.
- Support in Talent Acquisition activities. Ensure a smooth onboarding & offboarding process in alignment with the global process.
- Driving well-being engagement culture diversity equity and inclusion-related activities
- Manage local benefits administration and related communications.
