Job Description
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as a Human Resource Business Partner or Generalist (e.g., employee relations, people programs, workplace concerns).
- Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in human resources, people programs, or other large‑scale people related roles.
- Experience with cross‑functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience coaching and mentoring.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a customer‑oriented focus.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese fluently.
