Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Under the guidance of the People & Culture Manager / Director of People & Culture and in line with Rixos Brand Standards, the People & Culture Executive (Recruitment Focus) is primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations to support pre-opening and ongoing manpower needs of the resort.
The role ensures timely, high-quality hiring, smooth onboarding of new colleagues, accurate recruitment reporting, and strong coordination with internal departments and external partners, while maintaining compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and ISO Integrated Management Systems.
