The P&C Senior Manager will lead the management of P&C processes in everything related to Talent Acquisition, Training, Development, Labour Relations, Compensation & Benefits and People and Culture projects, supporting local management and stakeholders to facilitate growth of employees.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the People & Culture lead for the assigned business area, understanding organizational needs and translating them into impactful P&C solutions.
